The Process

Getting an app for your school is a very simple process and takes around 2-3 weeks to fully launch depending on how quickly a school is able to work with us. In some cases, you may get your app even sooner! Once an annual contract is signed, the steps below are what it takes to get your app going. If you still have no idea what we’re talking about, hit the blue “Schedule A Call” button and one of our representatives will give you a call.

  1. The Call: A 30 minute call is scheduled to discuss everything you want within your app. App designs and app goals will be discussed as well.
  2. The Build: After the call, our team will begin the build of your app. During this time, you can lay back and relax while we get your app ready. This typically takes 3-5 days.
  3. The Approval: Once we are done building your app, we will send you screenshots of how it looks. If you are happy with the screenshots and give us your approval, we then put the app in the publishing process to get it out onto the app stores.
  4. The Conclusion: Once your app is live on the app stores, we schedule one last call to give you backend training on managing your app. Don’t be afraid! This part is very easy and does not take too much time. Most of what you will learn is how to send push notifications and approve photos submitted through your app. After all of this, you are safe for launch!

If you ever need help with your app, we are always a quick email away! We will also provide you with marketing material to use when launching your new app to your school community.

Are you ready?

Fill out the form, and an A+ Apps representative will send you a custom quote fit for your school.

What's The Cost?

How much is lack of parent/student communication costing you?

How much money and time can you save by centralizing your communication into one digital platform from paper and ink costs alone?

How many more attendees would you like to see at events?

How many people do you think simply lack awareness of these events?

Does your community understand why they should even engage in these events?

A lack of clarity or awareness in your school communications may already be costing you a great deal.
